END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

OVERVIEW:
This document is an End User License Agreement (EULA).  It is a contract between you (the licensee) and Wire Grind and its staff (the licensor).  This product is licensed, and not sold.  Before purchasing a license, the licensee must agree to the provisions contained in this EULA.

SCOPE OF AGREEMENT:
This product includes various software programs, various files containing executable code, PDF files, text files, other files, and other data.  There is also a software activation web service which will be referred to as "related service".

The licensee must agree to the provisions in this document in order to download, install, use, access, and store the following: this product, this product's associated files, and this product's associated data.  This agreement is also required for the usage of related services and the handling of related data.  If a license is purchased on behalf of a third-party, then the third-party must also agree to the terms of this EULA.

LICENSE STRUCTURE:
There are two license options available:

    1) Singe-User License:
        Use this option if you are the only person using the software. It requires one license for each user of the software, and you're permitted to install the software on all of your computers.

    2) Single-Computer License:
        Use this option if more than one individual will be using the software. It requires one license for each computer on which the software is installed, and it permits any number of individuals to use the software.

LIMITATIONS ON USAGE:
The licensee may not sell, distribute, rent, lease, or make available for download the following: this product, any portion of this product, associated license numbers, or any other data associated with this product. Audio files, audio data created by the end user, and user created files containing plugin settings, also known as "presets" are exempt from this restriction.

The licensee agrees not to modify either the software or the data contained in and associated with this product. The licensee agrees not to reverse engineer them, not to disassemble them, not to decompile them, and not to convert them into some other code or code-like format.

The licensor may revoke a license if the licensee is in breach of some portion of this EULA.  If the licensor detects suspicious activity associated with a license, the licensor may revoke the license and issue a new one. If a purchased license is later refunded, then the license can be revoked.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
In no event shall the copyright owner be held responsible for personal injury, loss of profits, and loss of data that results directly or indirectly from the use of this product.

If the licensor is unable to fulfill its obligations due to extraordinary events including natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, new legal restrictions, and severe illness, then the licensor shall be relieved of such obligations.

The software activation web service is a related service.  It is provided for convenience, and it is free of charge.  If for some reason the owners of Wire Grind decide not to maintain the web activation service, the said service will be provided via email.  Wire Grind does not guarantee that the activation service will remain available more than five years after the date of purchase.

APPLICABILITY:
The provisions in this document are legally binding.  If any provision within this document is determined to be non-binding in the applicable legal jurisdictions, then the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
