END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

OVERVIEW:
This document is an End User License Agreement (EULA).  It is a contract between you and Wire Grind.  This product is licensed, and not sold.  Before purchasing a license, you must agree to the provisions contained in this EULA.

SCOPE OF AGREEMENT:
This product includes various software programs, various files containing executable code, PDF files, text files, other files, and other data.  There is also a software activation web service which will be referred to as "related service".  

You must agree to the provisions in this document in order to download, install, use, access, and store the following: this product, this product's associated files, and this product's associated data.  This agreement is also required for your usage of related services and your handling of related data.  If you have purchased a license on behalf of a third party, then they must also agree to the terms of this EULA.

LICENSE STRUCTURE:
There are two license options available:

    1) One license is required for each user of the product.    
    2) One license is required for each computer on which the software is installed.

LIMITATIONS ON USAGE:
You may not sell, distribute, rent, lease, or make available for download the following: this product, any portion of this product, associated license numbers, or any other data associated with this product.  

You agree not to modify either the software or the data contained in and associated with this product. You agree not to reverse engineer them, not to disassemble them, not to decompile them, and not to convert them into some other code or code-like format.

We may revoke any license if you violate some portion of this EULA.  If we detect suspicious activity associated with a license, we may revoke a license number and issue a new one.

EXEMPTIONS TO LIMITATIONS OF USAGE:
Audio files and audio data created by the end user are exempt from this agreement.  Additionally, user created files containing plugin settings, also known as "presets", may be copied and distributed.  

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
In no event shall the copyright owner be held responsible for damage to computer systems or injury that results from the use of this product. 

The software activation web service is a related service.  It is provided for convenience, and it is free of charge.  If for some reason the owners of Wire Grind decide not to maintain the web activation service, the said service will be provided via email.  Wire Grind does not guarantee that the activation service will be provided more than five years after the date of purchase.

APPLICABILITY:
The provisions in this document are legally binding.  If any provision within this document is determined to be non-binding in the applicable political jurisdictions, then the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
